Fire Solutions partnered with Century Fire to install the new fire suppression system in the old CPI Corporate Headquarter building located at 1706 Washington. The historic structure will get a $51 million renovation to include 168 market-rate apartments and a preschool.

Opened in 1910, the nine-story building was a millinery factory and warehouse in the city’s garment district and is part of the National Register of Historic Places.
