TW Constructors proudly announces the acquisition of their expansive new headquarters, fabrication and warehouse space located at 4500 Earth City Expressway. Finalized on January 16th, this purchase marks a new era of development for TW Constructors, and its sister companies.
“This is an awesome accomplishment for TW Constructors and a testament to the hard work our teams at Mechanical Solutions, Fire Solutions, and Glazing Solutions have contributed over the last few years to expand the organization,” remarked Todd Weaver, CEO at TW Constructors. “We strategically expanded outside of the metro area four years ago, and it’s led to a level of success I never dreamed we would.”
The Gray Design Group is tapped for the project which will feature a 2-story tilt-up building integrated with the existing structures on a 6.73-acre site. In addition to the 38,000 square feet of contemporary office space there is also 71,000 square feet for a cutting-edge pipe and sheet metal shop, warehouse, and laydown areas. Such thorough planning ensures seamless connectivity for TW Constructors, Mechanical Solutions Inc., Fire Solutions Inc., and Glazing Solutions—all housed within.
Dubbed Project Express Way, construction begins in the spring of 2024 and has a targeted completion date set for early winter of 2025. This ambitious timeline underscores TW Constructors’ commitment to efficiency and excellence.
